The Release Paper Process with LEVACAST®
Production can be further increased if endless silicone release paper is used instead of individual moulds:
The entire finish is applied to the release paper in one coat using a doctor blade and dried. Then the LEVACAST®-two-component system is applied and the leathers placed in it. In this way, 5-6 employees can produce up to 300 qm leather per hour. The solvent is best removed from the waste air in a bio-scrubber.
